Azarga Uranium Closes $2.2 Million Private PlacementSeptember 23, 2016 7:47 pm
AZARGA URANIUM CORP. (TSX:AZZ) (“Azarga Uranium” or the “Company”) has closed its non-brokered private placement of $2.2 million through the issuance of 9,243,336 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.24 per Unit (“the Financing”).
Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (each, a “Share”) and one-half of one Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). One Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Share of the Company at a price of $0.35 per Share for a period of three years from the closing of the Financing. In connection with the Financing, the Company will pay cash finder’s fees of $54,720. The Shares issued in connection with the Financing will be subject to a four-month hold period. The Financing is subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
